What we collect
When you request a booking, buy a gift card or add services to a reservation, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, booking number, arrival date and the items you order.
We keep booking and payment records for as long as Latvian accounting and tax law requires, and delete enquiry messages once they are no longer needed.
Why we use it
To confirm and prepare your booking, to send arrival information, to deliver ordered food and add-ons, to issue and deliver gift cards, and to answer your questions.
Legal bases, marketing consent handling and profiling practices require legal review.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and portability, and you can object to processing.
