How do I book a SkyHouse experience?

Choose the experience, date and time slot you want on this website and send your booking request. Once we receive it we contact you on WhatsApp to confirm the details.

Can I arrive earlier or leave later than my booked slot?

No. Each time slot is prepared and cleaned between guests. If you would like more time, book an additional time slot.

Can I move my booking to another date?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A booking date can be rescheduled up to 7 days before the date of the existing booking.

When do I have to pay?

If the booking is made no later than 7 days from the date of booking, payment must be made within 24 hours. If the booking is made later than 7 days from the booking date, payment must be made within 48 hours.

Where exactly do I go?

We send all arrival information one day before your booking. For the Rooftop Igloo, a team member can meet you in the building lobby and take you up to the 23rd-floor terrace.

How does check-in work at the penthouses?

Check-in is self-service. There is a key safe on site — you collect the keys yourself and move into the penthouse. All the details are sent one day before arrival.

Yes, free parking is available.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations made up to 7 days before the arrival date receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival are not refunded.

How many guests can join?

The Rooftop Igloo and the Skanste, Solaris and Zolitūde penthouses take up to 10 guests. The Cinema & Spa Penthouse takes up to 14 guests.

Can we come with children?

Yes, and it is safe. Terrace railing heights meet the required standards. Supervising your children remains your responsibility.

Are pets allowed?

No. Pets are not allowed in SkyHouse penthouses.

Can the spa pool be used in winter?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The terrace spa pools are heated and usable all year round.

Can I use a sauna whisk or essential oils?

Accepted Answer

No. They soil the sauna and the stove, so their use is not permitted.

Are towels, bathrobes and slippers provided?

Bed linen is provided for every bed and each guest receives a 140 × 70 cm bath towel. Bathrobes and slippers are not provided as standard — you can add a bathrobe, sauna hat and spa slippers to your booking for €15 per person.

Can we celebrate a birthday or a wedding night here?

Yes. Romantic decoration, balloons, cakes with a burning fountain, a heart-shaped arch and terrace fireworks fountains can all be added to your booking.

How do we organise a larger event in the Igloo?

We have ready-made event packages with rental from 3.5 hours. Write to us on WhatsApp at +371 25 111 000 and we will prepare an offer that suits you.

Do we have to order food from SkyHouse?

Accepted Answer

No. We order food from Bento restaurant at the same prices as the restaurant menu, and drinks at prices close to shop prices. You may also bring your own food and drinks — our team will prepare and serve them for you.

Can I add extras after I have booked?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Open Manage booking, enter your reservation number, arrival date and phone number, and add food, decorations or equipment to an existing reservation.

Do we need charcoal for the grill?

Accepted Answer

No. Grill rental costs €25 and it is a professional gas grill, so no charcoal is needed.

How long is a gift card valid?

Accepted Answer

The validity period is printed on every card and confirmed at checkout. Cards currently published on skyhouse.lv are issued with a validity date of 31.12.2026.

How is a gift card delivered?

Accepted Answer

Either as an electronic PDF by email, or as a printed card with free delivery to an Omniva parcel terminal in Latvia.

How do I redeem a gift card?

Choose your experience, date and time, then enter the gift card code with your booking request. We confirm the booking on WhatsApp.

Can we smoke?

Accepted Answer

SkyHouse penthouses are non-smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed on the terrace. If smoke is detected indoors, a €200 fee is charged for air purification and restoring the natural aroma.

Can we play loud music?

Accepted Answer

There must be no music or noise after 22:00. If the noise disturbs neighbours they may call the police and you will have to leave the penthouse.

Can we light candles?

Candles may not be lit without prior approval, and lit candles must never be left unattended. Flammable objects and substances may not be brought in or stored.
